Our guide was amazing ! As he said : no pain no gain ! We were lucky to be only 4 in our group. We hesitate first between staying 1 or 2 nights and we stayed 2 nights. That was 100000 times better. Having just 1 night looks like you have to rush to do the activities. We did some bikes, hike, canoe and squid fishing.

Just returned from a wonderful cruise experience. The rooms were good, though the bathroom need some repair. Our room balcony however offered lovely views. The staff provided attentive service throughout our trip. Special mention goes to Dan, the cruise manager, whose leadership really made a difference. He is quite humourous and friendly. His smooth approach and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. Overall, a great vacation made even better by Dan's excellent management.

Very welcoming staff who offered impeccable service and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff were incredibly friendly, full of smiles and offered tea on arrival and free bottles of water. They coordinated transport, organised cruise deals and made the whole stay stress free and enjoyable. Breakfast was generous. Best hot shower I had enjoyed in Vietnam and only 5 minutes drive from the cruise port. Would highly recommend!

The crew was super nice and made our trip memorable. We enjoyed every activity, from doing Tai chi in the morning to riding bikes in an island. Our favorite activities were paddling & kayaking around the cruise. The food was delicious and the views unforgettable. At night they also have beautiful live music during dinner. We definitely recommend to discover Halong Bay with Catherine cruise

    The beach and the pool were the highlights of our stay. We enjoyed a lovely evening on the beach. There were lifeguards stationed there too. The breakfast spread was impressive, with good quality food that was constantly stocked. The waiting staff in all the restaurants and public areas were courteous and very helpful. The food at the Akoya restaurant was also delicious.

    Two very large outside pools; gym with a range of equipment (rowing machine, treadmill, bike, weights, machines). Villa is MASSIVE (they brought dinner to us in the villa!) (no cutlery or plates or utensils to do your own cooking though). They have buggies to take you to your villa. It is right on the beach. The staff were so nice, and helped order a taxi/found us the ferry etc.

    The hotel itself was really good. Stuff was nice and tried to help out with everything! The private beach is beautiful and you can book a ha long tour directly in front of the hotel. Best sleep we got !
