United KingdomThe room is as pictured and very comfortable with good air conditioning. There are plenty of sockets close to the bed and the place is clean and a good shower. It's a quiet area so you can sleep well.
The location is close to the lagoon and beach with local restaurants (and lots of seafood on the beach side). It's an upcoming area just outside of Hue with not many foreigners right now, so it's great for something more local and a quiet beach. You can easily reach it by motorbike or local bus (30,000 to/from hue centre).
Chinh is a really nice sociable guy with very good English (he works as a translator) and was always available if we needed anything, but also left us to our own things which is perfect. I even accidentally took the room key with me after check out and he told me not to worry and to leave it with the cafe I was in in the centre, he is very understandable!

The old Hue style rooms and Villas are better in real life than their photos online with outdoor shower and the most gorgeous sunrise beach view to wake up to. Rustic beach bar with sun lounges for lunch and a sunset drink. Loved the villa’s restaurant design with their big arch windows and good food at dinner. Staff so lovely and helpful. Perfect place to spend a day or two doing nothing by the pool. we loved the stunning old buildings with outstanding views and the staff were fantastic. I just didn't plan or check google maps well enough. But with a taxi you're in Hue in no time. It is on the beach though, which is great and the pool is amazing.
