10/10 We had a great stay here. The hotel is new, very clean, and nicely designed. Everything felt fresh and well looked after. We also got a free upgrade at check-in, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a lovely time staying at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and their warm hospitality made my trip to Vietnam even more special. Gorgeous view from our very comfortable and clean room. Amazing view from the pool. Excellent varied food available at the buffet. But the real special part about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are professional, kind, deeply caring, friendly, helpful and basically perfect. We had wanted to stay more days but as it goes with backpackers, our plans changed so we were only able to stay for 2 nights. We wished we could have stayed longer and gotten to know the staff even better.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at Grand Melia Nha Trang. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and I don’t say that lightly. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I will definitely come back, and next time, I’ll bring even more people with me. From now on, every time I stay at another hotel, I’ll expect at least the same level of excellence as the Grand Melia, because it was simply incredible. I would like to give an honorable mention to the amazing team that made this stay so special. A special thanks to Win, Nam Le, Hanh Pham, Khoah Dinh, and Hoang Tran from the reception team, as well as Tuyen Tran from Song Spa and Sugar from the pool service. These are my personal favorites, but I also want to thank the entire staff at Grand Melia. You all contributed to making this stay unforgettable. For a little anecdote, we had originally planned to stay a few days in Cam Ranh, the airport city, at a well-known 5-star hotel (we’ll keep its name anonymous, but it starts with an “R”). To our surprise, the hotel was shockingly dirty. Even the staff seemed astonished by the state of the place. Needless to say, we packed our bags quickly and headed back to Grand Melia for one more night before our flight I will definitely return. See you again soon, Grand Melia! 💕

Navada is an amazing stay if you want to relax! Great pool on the rooftop and directly at the beach, you just have to cross the road. The manager of the hotel was the best! He made sure everything was convenient for us and even upgraded us to a sea view room for the second night. Would definitely stay there again.
