Green Homestay is incredible! The bungalows and the whole area is very pretty and cozy. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Cat Ba that doesn't want to be in the busy town center but still very close. The owner and his family are another reason why staying there is so good. They are super helpful and kind and always ready to help us with any questions or to book tours/bus, etc. The food there is really good and authentic as well. Definitely the best stay in Vietnam so far.

Mr. Cane was incredibly nice and is very welcoming. The place is outside of the city center, which allows you to take in real fresh air. The place is clean and has been freshly painted. At night, as the beach is too far, it is possible to go for a swim in the relaxing swimming pool. The balcony is very large and protectd from the heat of the sun and allows one to work on the computer, if need be. Mr. Cane is an excellent billard player, think twice before asking him to play.

Very clean and comfortable with perfect location! The staff was very helpful: i was a little sick so they gave me medicine and due to the weather i left one day earlier than planned, they did not let me pay for that day as well:)

The rooms are modern, spacious, and super clean. The staff was attentive and friendly, and I’m especially grateful for the receptionist who spoke English well. It’s just a short walk to Xuan Dam Beach, and the pool and garden were fantastic.

The rooms were very clean, they had a scooter rental for a good price and a good breakfast included in the price! The staff was very friendly, Nam made us feel very welcome and helped us book a tour that we loved! We highly recommend this place!!

very spacious and comfortable apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room), clean, well equipped. very comfortable beds, which is not common in Vietnam. they offer very interesting activities - we took part in two trips (all-day tour of the bay and night search for glowing plankton) and we are very happy. they have motorbikes for rent at a very good price. great staff - always smiling, helpful and professional. Drake and Judy are great hosts. we highly recommend.
