It's very stunning. Seems still like a new place, everything seems clean. Parking on site, private. Easy access to the hotel from the main road. Communicative service. The service was very friendly. Room was good, had a terrace with a view of the water. Breakfast included was good with many options, again in a room with an amazing view. There is a dinner menu, at an additional cost, but it's nice to have that option in the evening so you don't need to drive into the town. Lovely public terrace to sit and watch the sunset. Bar also available all day. 5 minute drive into the beach with restaurants and bars. We loved our stay.

The accommodation features dry cleaning services, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully new hotel. Everything was meticulously clean and tastefully designed, from the spacious room to the sleek and modern finishes. Our room had full-height windows and a balcony with a breathtaking view - waking up to that was a treat. The bed was super comfortable, and parking was convenient, right next to the hotel building. A true highlight was the hotel’s own restaurant downstairs. It’s a beautifully designed, trendy space with great vibes, delicious drinks, and truly tasty food. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast there, made even better by the incredibly friendly hostesses who spoke excellent English and made us feel so welcome. The only minor issue was that the shower water wasn’t hot, just warm. Since we stayed only one night, we’re not sure if it’s a common thing - but it didn’t affect our overall experience.

Prime Location: Located a few steps from Ksamil Beach 9, the hotel is highly rated for its family-friendly atmosphere, beach access, and scenic views. Nearby attractions include the Blue Eye and Butrint National Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they gave us great suggestions around the city, which led us to an amazing dinner and cocktails. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel is new, secure, and in a great location close to everything. We also really enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast.

Boasting sea views, Pine Side Camp offers accommodation with a garden, around 600 metres from Spille Beach. This luxury tent features free private parking and full-day security. Outdoor seating is also available at the luxury tent. You wake up and you are 10 steps away from jumping into the sea. The mattresses in the tents are really comfortable. I liked how we could charge the electronic devices quite near the tents. Good coffee, nice pool table.
