Nice location, nice rooms, nice stuff. They have an EV charger, playground for kids. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was sufficient.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the spacious terrace where guests can enjoy their meals in nice weather. Amazing new room, very clean and comfortable furniture, dressing closet, toilets, etc. Hotel is directly located on the lake, i booked the lake view one, the view is breathtaking, me and my family didn’t want to leave, will definitely come again in summer. Staff are really great, you feel like a family there, they welcome you with a warm smile and ensure that your needs are met. Special thanks to ( Martin ) at the reception, he treats you as a friend and is very genuine in his recommendations for the best of your interest he was super helpful, he took care of my requests timely, he recommended me very interesting options to navigate around the city.

The rooms are all furnished with traditional solid wood and feature a balcony, cable TV and a safe. In most rooms, guests can enjoy the views over the lake from the balcony. The manager of the hotel was super helpful, he automatically upgraded our room when he saw us. Very clean room and barthroom. Breakfast was rich. We had some meals at the hotel restaurant, the food served was very delicious.

We came earlier by 2 hours, and personally still were able to check in without any problem. Just took them a few minutes to make sure our room was ready. everything was explained perfectly and we were offered a few times for help with the luggage, although there was a spacious elevator in our building. The staff were really charming and pleasant, and warmly welcomed us. We encountered a little problem in the room and the staff gave us every available solution and handled it perfectly, with no hesitation. I never got such good service in a hotel and I couldn't be happier for my choice. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, just 5 min walk from the beach of the lake. The private beach was a bit hard to find. It's a bit southern to the hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing to chill there. Our stay at Aichinger hotel was incredible and we really recommend staying there!
