The staff are next-level, not just friendly but genuinely helpful and accommodating. Big shoutout to Nail and Sharlene, after chatting with them I actually decided to switch over to the long-term options, and I’m so glad I did. Honestly, if you’re looking for a place that’s clean, social, and run by a great team, Bounce is the way to go! 🎉

It was the first time we were in a property without employees, where the entire check-in/out process was done by us via smartphone. Despite our fear, everything went very well. This apartment made us want to stay longer, but our travel plans didn't allow us to. It's a place we want to return to one day.

The guesthouse is a very nice and calm stay, with a beautiful view from the terrace. When you are enjoying the breakfast, you can even have the chance to have an interaction with the local cockatoos.
