We also got some awesome recommendations for hiking-tours and restaurants. The breakfast, the cookies, the beaverages and the fruits were really tasty and we didn't miss anything. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lakeside cottage. The location was absolutely perfect—quiet, scenic, and right by the water. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family especially loved spending time on the deck and enjoying the beautiful lake views. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Situated in Killaloe Station, 22 km from Bonnechere Provincial Park and 38 km from bonnechere caves, Stunning Modern Container Home on Golden Lake offers a garden and air conditioning. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. I don’t really have the words to express how truly extraordinary our stay here was! The container itself is beautiful, peaceful, incredibly clean, and the facilities were fantastic. It’s right on the lake, with paddle boards and kayaks freely available to use (there’s a beautiful creek you can paddle to and see the most wonderful wildlife). The bed gets a special mention- honestly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I don’t know what the bedding was made of but it was like being wrapped in a cloud. Now for the true highlights- the hosts Tracey and Anibal. I had injured myself quite badly the day we arrived and they could not have done enough to support us and make sure our stay was comfortable. They were the most generous, kind people I have met in all my years of travelling- you don’t want disaster to strike, but when it does- you want hosts like these guys to help you on your way! Thank you for everything, and for letting us stay in your beautiful space.

The resort has a sauna, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. We had a wonderful weekend stay at Lakepoint Cottages Resort in Cottage #6. The cottage was fantastic—spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds, a spacious living room with a free-standing fireplace, and a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage also had a lovely porch overlooking the lake. For outdoor activities, we enjoyed the fire pit, picnic tables, and Muskoka chairs. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful sandy beach, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing getaway. One of the best features was the resort's convenient online store. Whether we needed snacks, firewood, or other essentials, we could order them with just a few clicks, and they were delivered right to our doorstep within minutes—a great added bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Some rooms have a lake view, while others have a DVD player or satellite TV. Linens and towels are not provided for all room types. Stunning little haven! Had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the paddling facilities.

Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer. The host, Elizabeth, was super helpfull she did an extra trip to allow us to do our laundry. Highly appreciated! The place is very calm and relaxing. It's a pity that we stayed only 1 night.
