They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

The quite young chef is Italian and acknowledged to be a future star. I had never eaten so well. Everything from mise en bouche to the desert was made With such care and the association of elements was very original, all with local Valais products. The room was perfect with very confortable beds and a big and beautiful bathroom. A place to go back to as soon as possible.
