22 km from Box Hill, Number 25 is a recently renovated property set in Horley and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property has river and city views, and is 26 km from Hever Castle. The bed and breakfast features garden views, an outdoor fireplace and a 24-hour front desk. The property is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, very clean, and extremely comfortable. There were even snacks provided in the room, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me — they assisted me in finding another property, checked in on me, and even offered me a ride. They were extremely responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay.

The room we were in was newly refurbished and very modern! Comfy bed. Great TV. The room was cool even though the weather was warm! Nice little patio area outside the room. The property was in a perfect location for what we needed.
