We wanted somewhere different to spend Christmas and came across Valhalla house online, the house was as amazing as it looks in the pictures and was right on the beach that you have to yourself! The house was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed - water, towels, cooking facilities etc! As the island was quite remote we were struggling to find how to get there and get around but Marcelo, the host, went above and beyond to help us out with flights and ferries. His communication was great, and he gave us some great food recommendations as well as a contact for surf lessons, which we all really enjoyed on Christmas day, and was just so helpful with all of the questions we had! Marcelo also put us in touch with a local, Dolman, who drove us to and from the airport, even though the roads were bad he made it so easy for us to get around by providing bikes at a really good price. Overall we had an amazing stay at Valhalla and would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing time on a paradise island, surrounded by local culture, beautiful beaches and lots surfing!!

The homestay has family rooms. My partner and I had the best time staying at Lances Left surfcamp. Bob and everyone working there are such lovely and welcoming people! Right at the beach, awesome sunsets, and good food! Also the beach break and the reef in front are actually super fun surf. But we also had a scooter provided by Bob to get to all other surf spots. Highly recommend staying here, would always come back!!!

Suzi's is really pleasant and friendly homestay, with amazing people.The owner speaks great English and all the stuff are very helpful, whatever you need.Organizing surfing boat, getting around the island. Suzi makes sure the place is incredibly clean and linen and towels smell so good 👍🏻.She offers a laundry service,too. Food was very tasty.We rented a scooter on the spot for a great price.Little shops are nearby even by foot. You have a coffee and tea and drinking water all day long and fridge with drinks and beers for fair prices.

Every room is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower, while selected rooms include a patio and others also provide guests with sea views. The location in front of the wave, the staff, the food !! Everything was perfect ! Jabby is the best !!

All units at the homestay come with a seating area. Units are fitted with a kettle, while selected rooms also feature a terrace and others also feature sea views. At the homestay, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. The best place on Sipora! It’s so social, which you really want since there’s not much fun on Sipora. We ended up eating dinner with almost everyone every night, which was really nice. For surfers they arrange boats every day and even when you’re not surfing you can do a beautiful boat tour or take a motorbike around the island. So cool!!
