Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses in Egilsstadir provides adults-only accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The chalet offers lake views and a picnic area. It was far away from the city, close to waterfalls and with a stunning view of the lake. Nicely equipped with everything necessary, fire places added very nice and cozy vibes to it. It was stylish with wooden design, so it created perfect ambiance. It was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. So worth it

The property has lake and garden views, and is 45 km from Kirkjufoss. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Cozy and clean little apartment with well equipped kitchen, private parking and terrace. Very kind hosts, big garden and quiet location at the lake. Perfect spot to see Aurora. Would definitely stay here again!!! Best accommodation we had in Iceland so far!!

The bed and breakfast has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. Very well equipped hostel (washing machine,dryer,coffee machine with coffee 😍). Rooms small (but we were 5) but cosy! There are 2 bathrooms but we were never waiting to use one. The owners even invited us to the pool next door to make up for the lack of more showers. They just opened and really try to make everything perfect. We met the host- she was super nice. If it wouldn’t be so far away from us we would definitely come back. The cottage had everything you could need - a shower with great water pressure, a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, blackout curtains, and more. We were really happy to stay here and would definitely recommend it, even if it takes a few extra miles to get there! 😊

Situated in the coastal village of Breiddalsvík, Hotel Breiddalsvik offers a large terrace with an open fireplace and rooms with a satellite TV and work desk. The Icelandic Route 1 Highway passes right by the hotel. Excellent hotel where you have a jacuzzi, Sauna as well as a room/lounge with a microwave, kettle , a dishwasher and plates/cutlery to eat quickly I'm the evening. The receptionist had great tips and it is a great place to stay !

Breakfast and dinner was very good. We got good tips when to see the puffins.
