We couldn’t stop taking pictures of the ocean and the amazing clouds and colours right outside the cottage. We love it that we can see the beautiful view from the sofa and dining area. The heating kept us warm. There's a cute little fireplace as well facing the sofa. The terrace and the view are awesome but too cold and windy for us to take advantage of it. The temperature was around 1C late August. Well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook our instant noodles. Great location to base ourselves to explore the area. We appreciate having the self service seafood grocery and hotpool nearby. We received clear check-in instructions. Easy to locate. We matched the location on bookings.com to Google map.

A seating area and a private bathroom with shower feature in all rooms at the family-run Hótel Flókalundur. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was genuinely nice to be in. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite spacious. The staff was very friendly. Food at the restaurant was good. Especially the breakfast was great. We loved the waffle station.
