Our host, Vincenzo, was friendly and helpful and provided us with information on things to do and places to visit on the island. Breakfast was included which we ate on the rooftop with amazing views. We were able to leave our bags after checking out as we had a late ferry and were staying the that to explore. Our host offered us umbrellas when it was threatening to rain and towels for the beach. We had access to a the rooftop and a bathroom when we came to collect our bags so we could freshen up before heading to the ferry. We had a great experience and wished we stayed more than one night.

We loved the traditional feel of the property, the beautiful room was surrounded by a large vegetable garden that was beautifully cared for by the family. We received a warm welcome and were regularly asked if there was anything else we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was very well appointed, comfortable, and quiet, allowing a great sleep. The location was perfect with easy walking distance to the beautiful village and castle. Danealla local knowledge was invaluable, and her passion for the property and guest really shows.

I appreciated every single detail of this stay, from the smooth self check-in to the thoughtful selection of snacks, tea, and coffee that Natasha kindly provided. You can truly feel the host’s effort to make guests feel comfortable and cared for — something that should never be taken for granted and that I have rarely encountered elsewhere.
