There was aircon and heating. It was very quiet. The bathroom was also a great size and had a great shower. There was free street parking outside on the street. It was spotless and very modern. The restaurants and old town are very close by and there are lots of nice cafes and bakeries almost next door, for breakfast. Recommend for a great stay.

All rooms come with free WiFi. Super nice vibe. Room was beautiful and spacious. Staff is top. Francesco and his aunt were kind and friendly. They provided amazing tips that made out stay even more memorable. We will come back!

At reception you can arrange excursions to the Park of the Asinara Island. Parking at the property is free. The place was very nice clean and comfortable. We got a free upgrade and that was amazing because we tavel with our 3 years old and really help to be more comfortable. We decide to stay and extra night because the place is very worth it. The breakfast was great, really nice coffee and friendly staff. The parking is very convenient and a few minutes driving to the best beach

We booked the room with a balcony. Perfect view, typical Italian. It was very clean and spacious room. Veronica was an angel and was always there for everything you need. Also, breakfast was included in the price. The parking is in front of the building, if you have a luck you will find a spot for your car, but nothing is guaranteed. Overall, one of the best experiences! Highly recommended!
