If you live in room 103 you could just walk out the door to the ice machine and get cool drinks. Everything was clean and the staff was so polite, respectful and even helped to book tables at restaurants. First night a man I think is called Gibson I don't know how to spell it. He helped us with our check-in and gave us a map and wrote a lot of good places to visit before he went for holidays. Exceptional service: from the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. ( e.g. help with parking, cleaning at the comfortable time, great treatment at breakfast and at the pool, provide vase and ice bucket). The pool area was a tranquil oasis where we could relax in jacuzzi and swim with a sea view. Last but not least, breakfast experience set the good mood for all day: high quality of breakfast with served menu and buffet, together with a sea view from the terrace.
