The toilets and showers were very clean. A magical paradise. The hut was perfectly cute right on the water front.

I totally recommend to have all the meals you can, you’ll love it. We enjoyed a volcano Concepcion tour with a young guide named Josias, who showed us that wonderful landscape. Also the reception helped us to get a scooter for 25usd, a nice way to go around the island. The chef daughter made a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend, which made us a felt like home. Finca La Magia is the perfect spot for privacy and natural surroundings. No internet coverage but a decent wifi at the restaurant.

I spent way too much time in one rocking chair that I wanted to take home with me. Estelle the owner and her family give it a very homey touch. Filtered water is free! Highly recommend it.

Situated in Ometepe, 3.6 km from Maderas Volcano, Caballito's Mar features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking and a bar. I loved the location on the water, it is far from the ferry and down a bit of a bumpy road, but we had our own transport so was fine. Nice to be away from the crowds in a very peaceful place. The bungalow is simple, clean & comfortable with good a/c & wifi. A really good breakfast of your choice is included & the beer is ice cold! One of the owners, Fernando is super friendly, funny & chill. The kayak rental was great.
