Jan was very accommodating with my early check in time and let me leave my bags in the living room as I waited to check in. I originally booked for 4 nights but ended up staying an extra 5. Because the Homestay can only accommodate up to 6 people the place is a lot quieter then other places in siargao. For the price you pay and what you get the value is amazing. Place is cleaned daily and shower also has hot water. A/C in the rooms is also super comfortable. If you have a wise account he can help you withdraw money without the crazy high atm fees. The Homestay is close to everything and easy to walk to scooter rentals around his neighbourhood. He can help with booking transportation to and from the airport as well if needed. Had many amazing conversations with jan during my stay and would definitely recommend booking here if you’re looking for a comfortable bed to stay in during your time in siargao.

Excellent location right on Cloud 9. Beautiful swimming pool, very good breakfast, calm but central position. It was perfect for what we wanted. The resort manager and staff were very helpful and helped us organising our stay (scooter, surf classes, transport to the airport).

Everything was excellent and perfect. The room was spacious and well designed, the pool was fantastic, the food at the restaurant was also unbelievable, we were eating there 2 or 3 times per day. The hotel is right on the beach, you can easily take surf lessons there. I want to thank the staff the excellent work they did. Greetings from Hungary!
