Xuan was so nice and welcoming, the property is clean and beautiful with one of the best Mountain View’s in Phong Nha. This spot is also a little further down the road so not quite as touristy which is just what we were looking for. Xuan makes breakfast to order every morning and it’s one of the best breakfasts we have had in Vietnam! Phong Nha has been our favorite so far. Highly recommend!

It's value for money, our room had all facilities(comfy bed, hot water, hair drier, iron n a cozy balcony) in good condition. That too in prime location, facing the bay with good cafes n restaurants in walking distance. But the best part about Dolphin Homes is its host, Hoai n her husband. They were helpful, accomodating and shared all relevant information to make the most of our time there. They truly lived up to the phrase ‘home away from home’, by not just arranging everything we needed but also anticipating our needs in advance. They helped us with arranging for a scooter, bus tickets n a homely breakfast and then looked out for us by taking us to the bus stop to ensure we made it on time for tge bus!

With a shared lounge, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The accommodation features room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. Our rooms were clean and spacious room. The hotel manager/ owner was so welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was good, in a side street off a main road. A short walk to the river front. We then took an electric car ride around the town which was a great way to get an overview of the whole town.

The bed and breakfast features family rooms. It’s a clean home stay property. The owner is good at communicating before my arrival. They also provided me a ride to the train station during the rain storm when I forgot something there. We had bunch laundry needed to wash and they were all done and folded nicely before our departure.
