The food, the staff and the amenities were perfect. The room and bathrooms were clean. Ample areas to relax/work are there. The free breakfast is in a restaurant 5 minutes away - the food and service there was great. Loved mein Thien and Luna! Even booked a ticket to go see the Memories Show from here as it was cheaper - it was a fabulous evening! All in all I highly recommend this place! Can't wait to go back!

The property features mountain and quiet street views. The guest house has family rooms. After a week here, i decided to extend my stay and regret not having more days left. This has been the best place i ve stayed im my whole trip. The location is great, at the end of the town with a small sand beach in the door. The house is brand new, and the views from the rooms are amazing. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The staff and the owner deserve 20points on their service, they have done all to make me feel at home.
