The location is 10-15 mins away from the historical city centre, but it is manageable walk. Not too far. They can also lend you bicycles for free, but this is subject to availability. The breakfast buffet is generous and the staff there is also very kind. In general, the staff is the best here, everyone is helpful and really nice. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and we felt comfortable using the restaurant terrace for just hanging out, playing cards etc. Monkeys came up to the swing by the hotel every day which was fun to watch. The standard of the room and bathroom was really high. The first night we were there there was a spectacular thunderstorm and the electricity went on the whole island for a couple of hours. The owner got battery lanterns and the staff made all the guests complimentary fried spring rolls on the gas hob. We had such a nice cosy evening watching the storm and eating well! We would definitely recommend coral homestay and would happily return.
