Food, food and food! The staff is very attentive and offering tours and a lot of information on the place and its history. Beautiful location, very clean rooms and very welcoming overall. A great experience!

Wonderful family run mini hotel and restaurant. Everything is built to high standards and well maintained. Great place to relax after a day of driving and why not several night. I also recommend their restaurant, beautifully constructed and delicious food.

The staff running this hotel is its gem! At the time we stayed there, we were the only visitors, and we were treated exceptionally well. The lady, who is a cook there, didn't speak English at all, so we couldn't communicate with her (only if using Google Translate sometimes), but she was very attentive to us in terms of paying attention what we didn't eat or drink at the breakfast (I.e., we didn't drink coffee, milk), and next morning she brought very delicious tea and orange juice instead. As for the tea, it happened to be Albanian herbs, that they pick up by themselves, and that lady gifted 2 bunches of that tea to us along with almond nuts! 🫶 They treated us with different kinds of jams and, what was especially thoughtful of them, is to prepare 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of pumpkin pie and water for us to take to the airport. We left at night as our flight was early in the morning, so they made our breakfast in the evening and left it in the fridge so that we'd pick it up when we left. The man, who works as a waiter, was always helpful and friendly with us, and it was nice to have small talks with him. In terms of the hotel itself, it's simple, authentic, and cozy. The rooms are fully wooden, which gave me a nice feeling of calmness and peace. Our room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower room is small but neat and clean. The hotel is located in a couple of kilometers from the main road and is connected with it by a tiny road. If another car is coming towards you, one of you might need to go a bit backward to find a bit wider spot and be able to pass each other. The location itself is beautiful, quiet, green, peaceful - only nature and a few houses here and there. You'd need a car to get to the nearest store. However, there is a restaurant in the hotel so you can have lunch/dinner there too or buy a bottle of water.

We enjoyed our stay,the owners were very friendly and helpful at any time.The hotel was across the road and the beach nearby Also it has parking space available (bonus).We definitely will come back.

The host is amazing. I decided to chose this place based on other reviews which mentioned how involved is the host. I second that and I can say that Mr. Andersoni was very welcoming and friendly with us. It is a more than fair evaluation of the location for the price asked.

We spend one calm and relaxing night at Guesthouse Vitoria. Very nice and cozy place next to Mrizi i Zanave restaurant. The guesthouse is easy to find, so no issues here. The owners were very hospital and even booked a table for us for a dinner. It is a short walk from the Guesthouse to the farm. We also like traditional breakfast and could suggest it to anyone who likes to try original Albanian food.

Everything was absolutely perfect and beyond… We only spent one night, had dinner and breakfast there, but at the end of our stay in Albania, after having visited most of the cities, this experience with Johnny and his family will remain engraved as one of the best memories of Albania. A warm welcome filled with kindness and the desire to treat guests like their own family. It’s indescribable… These are moments to be lived and felt, not easily explained! A family-run place with a few rooms… A restaurant offering simple and authentic cuisine with fresh seafood and vegetables, fruits, eggs, butter, honey, etc., all from their own production. Everything is organic, and you can feel it on the plate. Bravo! I was disappointed by some aspects of Albania in certain places, but this place is a perfect example for all Albanians who want to succeed in the hotel and restaurant business… Simplicity and authenticity… No tricks, and with respect for the natural environment. Johnny and his family have understood it all. I congratulate and encourage them to continue in this direction. If we come back to Albania, this is one of the two places we will definitely return to — and for more than just one night. .

Staying here was maybe the highlight of our entire Albanian road trip, such a peaceful and beautiful location with so much charm! From the moment we arrive Dafina and her wonderful family were so welcoming and lovely, making us feel at home straight away. Dafina even drove us to Mrizi i Zanave for our dinner reservation and picked us up after, so kind! Her mum made such a beautiful breakfast in the morning too! 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful tranquil location, very friendly people, delicious breakfast with only local, homegrown ingredients, clean and modern spacious rooms, all great!

Everything was wonderful. The hosts were lovely and always available for us, the rooms comfortable and as described. The breakfast was huge and excellent. We were right next door to Mrizi and Zanave (best restaurant in Albania?). In fact it was just the best agritourism experience. Thanks for everything
