This B&B is the home of an absolutely lovely family, who share their house with guests. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome. The hospitality is amazing, we had dinner together with the family with really good delicious Armenian food. It's a pity, that due to our plans we could only stay one night.

The garden was beautiful for picnics and the owners were so friendly, giving us fresh produce from their garden. It was very hot in summer but there was a fan for the bedroom which helped. Really nice spot to base yourself to explore the wine region

We traveled in Armenia for a week and stayed in multiple guest houses. Though every host we had was super hospitable and friendly, LiViTi totally exceeded our expectations! The hosts, Gohar, Manuk, and their daughters, welcomed us as warmly as if we were their family. Their eldest daughter performed some beautiful songs for us during the dinner, the food was absolutely delicious, and we had a chance to taste family's homemade wine and vodka which were super tasty as well. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only thing we felt bad about was that we only stayed there for one night. Hope to visit you again! Thank you!

We had a perfect stay from the welcome until good bye the other day. Both hosts were very nice and helpful, whatever we asked, it was provided. We had delicious dinner, home made wine and breakfast. The house was very clean, surroundings and the street very peaceful. If we ever return to Areni, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much - Andy & Silvia

A great place, with a very accommodating host. Everything (and everyone) was really nice but the standout for us was the food. It was exceptional. Really really good. We also did wine & brandy tasting and it was really pleasant. Overall, one of our best B&B experiences. Highly recommended.

The accomodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. You feel completely in your own space, it is very quiet and the bedroom is dark and comfortable. The air con is in the lounge and cools the whole space well. The tv is a smart tv. The rest of the property is beautiful, with a lovely garden and incredible views. The location is great for visiting areni’s attractions. The stepanyan family made this trip for us, they are all so lovely, polite, and friendly, and made our stay so enjoyable. We loved seeing the dried fruit production and the wine tasting and tour, the dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful and we left feeling so well fed and replenished. They were all so helpful and went out of their way for us several times. We are very grateful and cannot recommend this enough.

Our stay here has been exceptional! Upon arriving we were welcomed and made to feel at home. We were given a free tour of their vineyard and along the way we collected many fruits and veggies from the garden aswell. The wine tour was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in Armenia! So humble to learn that they have been making their own wine for 40 years through a completely natural process… the Armenian way. The room was exceptionally clean, consisting of all the usual amenities that you’d expect. The selling point is definitely the food and wine! There’s always a fruit platter awaiting you at the dining table as a kind gesture from all the lovely people running the place. It’s not your average stay, it’s a whole experience that I’m sure anyone can enjoy and appreciate!
