A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

The room was big and clean in a very silent area. The hosts were SUPER KIND and make you feel very comfortable. The position has close 2 minimarket and the bus from/to Yerevan (n°266).

We had a marvelous time chez Yvette. The location is perfect and the house has a beautiful garden and a swimming pool. People working there are very friendly and kind. The house is super clean. The food is delicious and everything is homemade. I would recommend to anyone to go there and stay as long as possible. We stayed there 2 days but we could have spent a week there for sure. Extended stay to 3 nights - great accommodation for a non fussy traveller. Huge room with own kitchen and bathroom plus use of washing machine. 10 minutes walk from Garni temple and lovely daughter who checks you in (speaks English). Cannot fault anything in light of the asking price. Host very responsive by email.
