Wonderful guesthouse located not far from the city center. The room is extremely clean, very comfy and cozy. Toiletries are provided. There’s a beautiful garden where they serve tasty breakfast. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for experiencing the real warm hospitaly of Armenia, there’s not a better place. Super clean. Thé bed is the most comfortable in my 21days trip in Armenia. With Bathroom and toilet. Small refrigerator. Kettle for tea. I booked dorm bed but only me in the 4-bed room. With window.

We booked two rooms for our stay- one budget and one bigger. The budget room was small, but perfectly enough for one night stay. The second room was just wow. Spacious, beautiful, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The yard and the seating area were stunning. We have also ordered breakfast, which was an amazing choice! Freshly made, delicious, rich with a really good coffee. Totally reccommended to everyone!

Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! We felt like family! We have spent 4 nights at Arman's place, and we can only recommend it to everyone! If you are looking for a friendly, cozy, local and familiar stay in Vanadzor, this is the place to be. The house has a nice garden and it is very quite. It is a little outside of the busy centre and has a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains (but is still very close to go everywhere in the city, shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby). The house has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook at home. You can have a delicious and abundant typical Armenian breakfast on request. Arman and his wife have been very helpful with all our needs. We hope to come back someday and recommend this guest house to all travelers looking for a warm and peaceful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I loved spending time in the beautiful garden with the pool and hammock. The bathroom was big and had a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the center of Vanadzor. One of those rare places I would definitely return to! The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The view from the window and balcony opened up to a breathtaking forest landscape, with fresh, clean air all around. The area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. And a special mention goes to Mrs. Armine’s homemade breakfast – simply the best! A truly wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!
