Absolutely everything. This place is as friendly and as cozy as it gets. It is not some fancy modern looking guest house with futuristic amenities, but it fills your heart with warmth thanks to the lovely, generous hosts and a charming house, obviously built with passion. Apart from that, it is located ideally between Bad Kleinkircheim and Turracher Hoehe, so if one wants to have convenient access to both, it's just perfect. On top of that it is also totally inexpensive for what it offers, so it is always a bargain.

Everything great, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment, great location close to the St. Kathrein spa, parking and of course an excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.     Great breakfast and beautiful personality of our host Katherine. Every morning she made us feel great and ready to rip the slopes. Lovely house on the edge of Bad Kleinkirchheim and close to both St. Oswald and Maibrunn ski lifts. Great host, great location and a wonderful view above the valley. My true and warm recommendation, thumbs up!
