This is a lovely hotel, very clean with friendly welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms of the hotel appear to have been recently renovated and to a very high standard - modern but in keeping with the original Austrian charm. Our room had a balcony with a view up toward the cable car, which was nice. The restaurant was also very good and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. It is only a short walk, 10 mins max, to the centre of the town albeit as we visited during the off-season a lot of places were closed. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. Well worth a stopover.

Very friendly staff, We stayed 3 nights in winter, great breakfasts really various food for everybody. Ski resorts are close, Nauders 500m and big Samnaun is 35min drive.
