From booking to communication before the stay and through to checkout, everything went super smoothly. I loved the friendly vibes from the owners — they were genuinely kind and welcoming. While there may be other hotels nearby, the STAFF at Gasthof Batzenhausl was absolutely outstanding. We drove our car to Seefeld and used the parking garage which was across the street from Batzenhausl.

Location, room size, appearance of the hotel, kind staff. Elena (I believe is her name) was an incredible host. She was very kind, very helpful, and a hard worker. The building is gorgeous! I would love to know the history of the building.

I liked everything. Spotless apartment with great views. My son loved everything, it was extremely comfortable. The place was impressively clean and they have literally everything you need for a family. The lady at the reception was so lovely and nice, my son was delighted. There's an elevator to make everything easier, it is easy to find, plenty of parking and you can walk around there are plenty of lovely places around. Only a short distance from Innsbruck which is fantastic. I really wish that one day we could go there during winter time, it must be amazing.

Great experience! Rooms were super cozy and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, nice restaurants and hikes nearby. The best part was meeting Bart - so personable and helpful. I would recommend this guesthouse to friends and family!
