    The place is just gorgeous! Victorian style house, extremely detailed in the decorations, great mattress, spacious and bright room, private bathroom, everything extremely clean, I felt like a king. Breakfast was provided and delicious (fresh fruit, French toast, juice, coffee, tea). Classic music was played in the dining room in the background, very relaxing. Location was good, quiet neighborhood, 15 min walking to the falls. Highly recommend this place!

    Great location, charming Victorian house, quiet, very clean and our host Lee was delightful! Breakfast was plentiful and excellent! Would definitely recommend this little jewel right off the Niagara Parkway.

    A short breakfast menu (fyi no meat is available) but generous delicious veggie omelet. Large clean rooms and quiet as there are only 4 rooms at this inn. Be aware private bathroom refers to bathroom in hall (for 1 room), all other rooms have ensuite bathroom. Easy parking. Great location for dining and hiking.
