carrie was a pleasant and gracious host and was very communicative and easy to reach throughout our stay. the space itself was beautiful - elegant old world interior, but with all the conveniences and amenities you would want in a modern accommodation. we loved the fire place in our room and the candle warmer in the dining room - so cozy and welcoming, especially given the winter weather when we stayed. breakfast was simple, delicious, and nourishing - the perfect way to start a day of exploring the local area.

The perfect stay! Comfortable room, lovely equipped. TV and DVDs for a rainy day. Beautiful garden where we could relax in a gazebo. Delicious breakfast which we could choose from a menu. "No noise at night rule" guaranteed a good sleep at night. Incredibly friendly hosts who gave us a warm welcome. We would always come back.

Everything! From the staff, to breakfasts, to location, to decor and the backyard. Very comfy and laidback place. The staff are one of the nicest people ever and their breakfasts are out of this world. 15 minutes by car to Niagara Falls and a 5-minute walk to the nearest vineyard/winery.
