The front desk was very accommodating. Amelia the housekeeper was very friendly and our room was very well maintained.The microwave, dishes, dish cloth, tea towel and dish washing liquid made our stay without hassle. my friend has many food allergies so we could so easily prepare food and clean up. The room was very simple yet so functional. The round table and chairs gave the room a "homey feel". Although our time was short, it was a wonderful "getaway". God bless you. Johanna

I was incredibly impressed with not only the location (140 year old house on the waterfront), but with Lipton himself. From the moment I walked through the door, he was very friendly and personally gave me a quick tour of the building.
