All the staff were super-friendly and helpful. I had one or two difficulties which they sorted out quickly and efficiently. The comfort, cleanliness and quality of the bedding, buildings and breakfast was fantastic. Beautiful, peaceful grounds and location. Contactless check-in was easy and if any problems, there is phone contact at any time. I'd love to visit again! 😊

Calm and cozy hotel with all comforts. The bar/restaurant in the hotel is really good. The village is amazing with an incredible view. Our 2-year-old kid was very happy with the kindergarten close to the hotel and our dog was really happy to walk around the mountains.

This was particularly well presented with different assortments of breads. The croissants were amazing that my husband had 2. Loved the egg boiler and coffee machine and jams. When the ham was used up this was quickly replaced with more for other guests. Very good attention to detail. Thank you !

The best part is of course the view from the room. Incredibly beautiful mountains, forest and small houses of the village Fiesch. Very friendly staff who, at any request, could always help and provide everything you need. Everything is fine, everyone liked it. My personal advice is to add scrambled eggs to your breakfast if possible. So, 10/10
