My experience in Andermatt was the best possible because of the hotel. From check-in to check-out, I was well treated and welcomed. Both the staff, the gentleman who served us and the lady, are incredible. I would like to thank the lady who was wonderful with us. I would stay at this hotel 1,000 times over. If you are thinking about going to Andermatt and have nowhere to stay, stay at this hotel. It's not about luxury. It's about a clean, organized place where you'll be treated like a home. Fantastic accommodation. Great room, comfy beds, great bedding. The kitchen was really good, wonderfully equipped, and spacious. Parking was good, as was security. Wonderful views with some cracking extra touches, like access to washing machine and tumble dryer.
