The property is literally at the bus stop and water ferry yet we heard no noise from the street. The restaurant is highly rated so we tried it the first night and returned the second as well. They provided stand fans in the room which was greatly appreciated. The view from the room and hotel are wonderful.

An incredible anciant village, a host that is special and very friendly, speaking pretty much all european languages - and has a lot to tell. A room in a very lovely house. Right next to mountain and facing to the lake. You can enjoy both lake and mountain views from your balcony. Has a parking lot in front of the house. Tenant was very friendly. Breakfast was great. She asked us what we prefer for breakfast and that was very nice of her. It is a very quite place so you get a good sleep.

Fantastic stay with the best owners!! We were spoiled to excess by the two wonderful owners of this gorgeous B&B! From fantastic and kind service to being spoiled by the best breakfast, this B&B is a true gem! Close to the boat, train and bus transportation, also also tranquil by being away from the big city of Lugano! We will certainly be back when we are in Ticino next time!

The B&B is really a very beautiful place; freshly renovated, extremely friendly staff and very nice breakfast. The rooms are very cozy, and they offer everything you need.     Great location near the lake! It is cheap for Switzerland, and paid parking is 4 minutes away. Again, the location and little town was great.
