The Mackay staff were really nice and always easy to reach. The accommodation exceeded my expectation. The room was simple but cosy. Mackay is close to the city where you can find anything you need for entertainment and to get food.

Very kind, empathetic staff. We arrived early having asked just to leave our luggage. We were offered coffee & they refreshed the room while waited. So appreciated because we were both very tired after 2 big days & my husband had the flue.
