We travel a lot and once in a while a place stands out for exceptional hospitality. This is one of those places. The hotel is family run and while they don’t speak great English they were incredibly helpful in helping us plan our time. They were very knowledgable of the area and knew where and when we should visit every attraction. They also gave us some 10/10 restaurant recommendations. Room was lovely, modern and clean and they also gave us a ride to the airport free of charge when we left. Highly recommend. 👍

A wonderful little place. Super friendly and helpful staff who helped us plan our trip and navigate all the things to do in ZJJ mountains. The whole place had a really cosy feel to it - surprising for somewhere as urban as ZJJ city, but it was such a pleasure. The main area is full of old TVs and radios and other vintage memorabilia, there are comfortable leather sofas, and the breakfast is REALLY GOOD - one of the best I've had in China. We really liked the "mountain chalet" feel of the bedroom too - wooden rafters / beams on the ceiling. It was a fairly simply, cosy room, but that's what we wanted and - importantly - it was exactly as it had been depicted in the photos on booking.com. It felt simple and honest, which was a very welcome experience when visiting a region full of tourists who are often exploited. Overall a really positive experience, made exceptional by Anine at the front desk who - with the help of her trusty translator - helped us plan our itinerary, gave us maps for our walks and even spent a lot of time helping us book tickets! Thank you Anine!

Very tidy and clean room, the accommodation is situated in the heart of Zhangjiaje, on the touristic street which is full of great restaurants. The owner is very kind as I forgot my charger in the room and he's shipping it back to me. Highly recommended if you are in Zhangjiajie

The best service 🙌. Zhou and Liu are amazing! They picked us up at the airport, the breakfasts were delicious, they help us booking the tickets for the parks, and they were always trying to help us to have a smooth journey in Zhangjiajie. The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. I really recommend them

The room has a high cost performance ratio, with good decoration and affordable prices. The room is very clean. The homestay has a good geographical location, close to Tianmen Mountain and the bus station. It takes only 12 minutes to walk and the transportation is very convenient. The owner is very friendly and willing to provide various assistance.

The hosts were really kind. They take care of us and they help us ordering something for dinner with their phone because we didn’t know how to do it by ourselves. The room was excepcional. Incredible views to the mountains and the sunrise. I’m sad I cannot stay more than one night.
