My stay at Gästehaus Ainser was truly delightful. The room was impeccably clean and spacious, offering a stunning view of a picturesque wine plantation and Bodensee. We had lovely stay as usual. Definitely coming back next when in area. Good accessible with car, approximately 30 minutes walk from Immenstadt. Exceptionally clean and very calm and quiet. Very relaxing.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area and the hotel itself is quiet. We stayed 2 nights. Parking was available very close to the property. The owner has a massage therapy business there and the ambience throughout the guesthouse reflects it. Our room was a bit small for 2 people, but it was very clean and comfortable. There was a loft in the room that we did not use. The bathroom for our room was located outside of the room but was for our use only. The breakfast area was lovely. It was bright and cheery with large windows overlooking a yard where guests can also go. An affectionate pet cat wandered around, adding to the homey feeling The breakfast selection was wonderful, there were many breakfast items as well as cheeses, meats and some vegetable selections. Soft boiled eggs were served upon request.

I sincerely recommend Pension Busch, for many reasons: the comfort of the apartment, its equipment, cleanliness, garden, parking, extremely nice and helpful hosts and location, it is a great place both for sightseeing, visiting towns located around Bodensee, and even for a business stay in nearby Friedrichshafen. We were here for the fourth time and certainly not the last.
