I was traveling with my two parents, and the place was perfect for us, really comfortable to relax after a day of walking and sight-seeing. The host is very responsive and understanding. The location is also convenient with a metro station within two blocks. The kitchen is equipped so you can make food at the apartment. It is a really lovely apartment with a great and interesting library.

Wonderful cosy place located in a closed up Mews street. New modern architecture with historic furniture. All in top condition and well served by the owners directly. Breakfast one of the best in Paris for "french standards". Since I travel with a car, the garage across the street was quite helpful. Great addition to the top quality.

I was really very very pleased to have chosen this apartment, it is in a quite area but with a big park across the road for walks, Shopping facilities and restaurants just around the corner, just great without having the hussel and bussel of a big town. The only problem was that the Taxis were not punctual and were very Expensive. We mentioned this to the owner ( very nice Lady )and she came up with the answer, we downloaded the UBER app and she talked us thru how the best way was to use it. The costs were half as much as the Taxi and they were ALLWAYS on time. We walked to saint maur which was approx 3 km and 40 mins or you could even take the bus for 2.50€. I do not usually write things like this online but She does deserve kind words, the service, breakfast... Just brilliant and secound to none, Thankyou very much for making our stay in France a positive Experience Stephen Meechan

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Nacef for the wonderful accommodation, which complemented our positive impressions of Paris. We arrived in Paris from Ukraine for a 5-day vacation without any expectations. The check-in conditions are the best I have encountered anywhere in the world — the owner sends very clear instructions, there are no surprises or unexpected deposits. The apartment is in a very convenient location. The street itself has a great atmosphere, with different colors that lift your spirits. There are several supermarkets nearby, as well as interesting establishments and bars. We especially recommend the Dixieme Degre bar, which is right next to the house and is owned by a very interesting Corsican and artist named Miki. Every evening we returned home late at night and had no safety issues. For example, we walked to the Montmartre district and returned from there around midnight. Along the way, there were many cool places with lots of young people, where we stopped. The main thing is to avoid the two train stations that are on the route. Although this did not scare us, because we are from Ukraine :)) The area where the apartment is located is multinational (no russians) there are traditional bakeries, kebab shops, and chinese stores. A 10-minute walk away is the blue metro line, which is convenient for getting to the main attractions of Paris. The apartment itself is very fresh, it feels like it has been recently renovated. It looks better in real life than in the photos. It has everything you need (stove, microwave, dishes, TV with internet). The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we slept well. Just note one thing: if you are taller than 170cm", it may be a bit cramped for you (both in the bathroom and on the sofa). But this was not a problem for us, as we are slim and compact. I would gladly come back here again!

La Maison Lavaud is such a wonderful place! We rented the Penthouse Apartment, it was very spacious, clean, with five bedromms, three bathrooms, a hot tub/whirlpool, Grand Piano, balconys.... It was very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, towels, shampoo etc.) and Claire is a wonderful host! She welcomed us so friendly and was very helpfuk with every question we had. She also offered and brought breakfest every morning. They are super organized and so sweet. I really recommend this beautiful and special place.
