Private and secure car parking (solid locked gates) very useful. Bathroom and bedroom on ground floor (no need to carry bags upstairs!). Very clean and comfortable, thoughtfully equipped with little extras. Jane was a kind and helpful host, and she set out a lovely breakfast for us on the terrace.
