The host was very friendly and helped us with diner and breakfast. We had a very good conversation in the shared garden. It is a very special place because it is next to a destroyed village in the so called red zone. We were on a cycling trip along the river Meuse. This place is 10 minutes away from the main sites of the battle of Verdun.. We will certainly come back and cherise a beautifull memory.

Absolutely fantastic. Great host. Catherine made us feel like at home. We slept so good! Enjoyed delicious breakfast. It was our quick stop on the way to Bretagne but we felt lucky to have found it. A bonus: lovely outdoor area made our evening and morning here more pleasant. Merci beaucoup, Catherine!

Breakfast and dinner delicious. Chantal provides homemade pate, aperitif, and homemade jams as well as delicious cheeses and fresh bread, tasty chicken, good wine. But more than this the entire place is very special. Truly unique with the most magical garden. We were in the cabin which is more 'primitif' (I have stayed before, in the house which is superb) but nonetheless charming. So glad I managed a repeat journey here.

    La Maison Mirabeau is a beautiful bed and breakfast with an incredible garden and setting. My hostess was so helpful and my room and private bath were so large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the homemade yogurt, nuts, dried fruits, breads, homemade preserves, special madeleines, and fresh coffee. The B&B is well located to get to the Verdun Battlefield and the Memorial, which are only about 10 minutes away. Enjoyed my stay!
