It was within walking distance of Basingstoke and the train station with wheeled luggage yet still quiet and without traffic. They were flexible and friendly when it came to a late checkout.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Love this place! Evening meal was great. Breakfast fantastic. Lesley who served us was so friendly, and helpful. We didn't feel rushed at all. Room was great. Parking no problem, plenty of space.
