The quintessential English B&B. Hosts were wonderful and shared lots of local information. Bed was comfortable and Breakfast was delicious. Perfectly located within walking distance of great food and coffee right in the middle of the New Forest. Highly recommend.

I like how close it was to the train station and that the area was safe! There was also a bike rack if you want to store your rented bike. I loved my room, it was perfect after a long day of traveling (I traveled by train). Paulina was also helpful when I asked some questions! Thank you.

The location is fantastic. Good parking. Very good for easy access to anywhere in the new Forest. It is about 5 mins walk from the centre of Lyndhurst which has numerous very good shops, pubs and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast was perfect with a very good selection of cereals and cooked food. The coffee was excellent! The hosts are very nice and are keen to make your stay memorable. Pretty much the perfect B&B.

We were warmly welcomed on our arrival after a long working day. Our accommodation was spotless and comfortable. The people were very kind and hospitable. We had a fantastic stay, a great food and the warmth of traditional hospitality throughout. Strongly recommend and we will be returning if we are in the area.
