The location is perfect, the place feels warm and welcoming, and the team is absolutely lovely and always smiling. The room is extremely comfortable, and the breakfast is generous with outstanding quality.     Perfect location very close to city centre and restaurants and shops. Good breakfast included. Bonus is private and safe parking space. There is a large garden where you can sit and relax on good days. One day I bought my dinner in the supermarket opposite of the hotel and ate it in the garden. In September! What a luxury.

    -great location, within walking distance of the city centre and all that Canterbury has to offer -really quiet, we had a garden view at the back of the property and slept peacefully with the window open -bed was very comfortable -breakfast was really nice quality and came very fast once sat down -all staff friendly
