The owners, Sara and Hugh were so welcoming you felt like you were staying with friends or family. It felt as if nothing was too much trouble. The property is a small holding with many animals which they are more than happy to show you, talk to you about and we even got to feed some new born lambs. My wifes holiday was complete! The bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was continental style with plenty of choice.

It was cozy and very nice. The lady who showed us around was very friendly, told us where to eat early in the morning and where the restaurants were. The owner also recommended a very beautiful path along the river to the city center. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the historic city center and 5 minutes from Canterbury east station. The room was clean and comfortable. The night we stayed there was a little noise outside, just a bit, but it didn't bother us at all. A lovely little hotel.

The staff, was extremely polite with an amazing services. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of morning dishes. The bar at the evening and night ours was grand.     Perfect location very close to city centre and restaurants and shops. Good breakfast included. Bonus is private and safe parking space. There is a large garden where you can sit and relax on good days. One day I bought my dinner in the supermarket opposite of the hotel and ate it in the garden. In September! What a luxury.

    -great location, within walking distance of the city centre and all that Canterbury has to offer -really quiet, we had a garden view at the back of the property and slept peacefully with the window open -bed was very comfortable -breakfast was really nice quality and came very fast once sat down -all staff friendly
