Beautiful country setting. The rooms are spotless and very well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Locals frequent the local pub and the was great. Particularly convenient for guest going to weddings / functions at Leez Priory.

Riverside Inn is a charming place with a lovely pub on the ground floor that adds to its rustic charm—we loved the vibe! The staff at reception (located within the pub) were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, offering a beautiful view of the river. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Chelmsford!

Lovely location. Great room, large bed and very clean. Looking out in farmland. Wish we had longer to enjoy the location. Claire was a lovely host. Great breakfast too!
