What a great B&B. The owners were a lovely couple, very welcoming, and my bedroom was perfect for my needs. And the cooked breakfast was really tasty! A must place to stay if you are visiting the area. Hope to be back.

The location is in a lovely quaint village with a couple of fantastic little restaurants and a cafe. Meals here were delicious as was the pub. The managers were fantastic and very friendly. A big shout out to Dave the bar manager who was amazing. I was staying at the pub, (i am from Australia) whilst I was looking after my sister who was very ill. Unfortunately, she passed away and Dave was a big support to me, not sure what I would have done without him. Even the locals would bend over backwards to help. Great place for running, cycling, walking or just a getaway,

David is a great and most caring host, everything’s lovely stuffed, clean and located perfectly to town and Avenham park. Lauren (the owner) is extremely amicable, approachable and goes out of her way to cater for your needs. We even received home made pain au chocolat pastries on arrival and old style fresh bottled milk and water in the on site fridge. The property is beautiful and has stunning views, especially if you have a passion for horses, as there's a small equestrian centre on site. It's a perfect location, tranquil and set in lovely countryside so if you have dogs (the property is pet friendly) it's great for walks. We will definitely be returning.
