Room was lovely (although we had a little trouble getting the BBC to work on the tv), staff amazing, breakfast fantastic. Despite having no common space for working while on business, staff were extremely accommodating. One of my new favourite spots to stay in St Andrews.

A perfect stay for golfer, close to everything I needed during my stay, pubs, restaurants, main streets, golf courses, academy. Perfect instructions for me even I arrived past midnight due my late night, easily got into the guesthouse and the room. Loved Full Scottish Breakfast :)

The facility exceeded my expectations, very atmospheric, great location. Very close to restaurants and pubs, we could also walk to part of the old town. Two minutes' walk to the bus stop. Very helpful and friendly owner, beautifully served English breakfasts. We would like to come back here again someday.
