The little annexe was clean and comfortable. Rachel had gone out of her way to provide everything we needed including a lovely continental breakfast with choices of croissants, toast, jam, marmalade, yoghurt, fresh coffee and choice of teas. She left a map of the footpath to town.. only 15 mins walk and was so accommodating.

The Coach House Inn features a shared lounge, restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities in Oakham.

Had dinner there, it was excellent, service was great. Room was comfortable and ensuite very modern and efficient. Breakfast was superb.

Lovely comfortable clean place to stay in lovely village. Staff so welcoming. Handy to Stamford and Heathrow with great directions from staff with things in the area. Also a brilliant two night stay before flights back to NZ. Food was excellent too.

Debbie was a wonderful hostess - welcoming and friendly and a great conversationalist. We had tea on arrival and cookies in our room. We also had a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning. The B&B was a beautiful property. Our room was large and comfortable with windows that opened to the High Road but was still very quiet. The bathroom was also spacious and had a fabulous shower. The location was perfect for getting to Rutland Water and shops and restaurants were a short walk up the street. My friend and I stayed one night as we just wanted a weekend away near Rutland Water and The Hollies absolutely exceeded my exceptions. I would definitely recommend The Hollies to my friends and would stay again if back in the area.
