Situated less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Exeter and a 20-minute drive from the Dartmoor National Park, it is next to the beautiful St Davids Church and cemetery.

The room was wonderful; very well designed and organised as a place to stay for 3 nights. The bathroom was tiny but it did work! I liked the digital radio by the bed - worked well. Breakfast was very good (we had it on 2 of our 3 mornings) and quite fun to be able to order the options you wanted, and have it delivered to the room (without any wasteful packaging). Very helpful friendly hosts. Nice (short) walk to city centre.

Great location, near the university and city centre. Nice room with lots of character. My daughter had never seen a record player or old ring dial telephone before! Great breakfast! First time in Exeter and was great place to visit. Would definitely stay here again.

the owners were so welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a fabulous meal on the Friday night and the breakfasts were amazing.
