We had a wonderful stay at this lovely guesthouse. The host Alex was very attentive and always made sure we felt comfortable. He was happy to chat and share stories, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thorpe Guesthouse is in a small village in a perfect location for exploring the local are by foot, further if you have a car, Excellent local pub and a worthwhile village walk. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions to make the most of my stay, short as it was.

Rika and Mike are exceptional hosts. Very fast to respond to messages when making the booking, provide easy to follow instructions on getting to the home. Off-road Parking available. The staff was very kind. We travel from Europe, and i forgot to bring the socket converter, and we got one from the staff. The pub’s kitchen is very good, and the local beers also. We will come back when we visiting UK next time.
